Wedding entertainment stalls
A stall does two things a photo booth does not: it gives guests something to watch while they wait, and it sends them home holding something. All four below run the same way — a small crew, a counter, and a finished object handed over on the spot.

Fridge magnets
The flagship. A guest steps up, gets photographed, and walks away ninety seconds later holding a magnet with the date on it. It goes on a fridge door and stays there for years.
60–70 magnets an hour, per artist

Caricature
An artist drawing by hand pulls a crowd in a way a printer never does. Slower than magnets, and that is the point — people stay and watch.
12–15 sketches an hour, per artist

Candy bar
A staffed candy counter, not a table someone forgot to refill. Children find it first and it stays busy from there.
Served continuously, no queue

Keychains
Same live process as the magnets, on a keyring instead of a fridge. Cheaper per piece and it goes in a pocket, not a drawer.
45–55 keychains an hour, per artist
Which one to book
The honest difference between them is throughput. Pick on guest count first, then on taste.
| Stall | Per hour, per artist | Best at |
|---|---|---|
| Fridge magnets | 60–70 magnets an hour, per artist | Weddings and receptions where you want a favour guests keep |
| Caricature | 12–15 sketches an hour, per artist | Smaller weddings and longer functions |
| Candy bar | Served continuously, no queue | Weddings with a lot of children present |
| Keychains | 45–55 keychains an hour, per artist | College festivals and university events |
At 500 guests or more, magnets are the only stall that gets a souvenir into most hands. Book a caricature artist alongside rather than instead — the two solve different problems.
Questions we get asked
What is the best stall for a wedding?
It depends almost entirely on guest count. Above 300 guests a magnet stall is the only one that reaches most of the room, at 60–70 an hour per artist. Below 150, a caricature artist reaches a similar share and holds a crowd while doing it.
What is the best wedding favour for guests?
The one with a place to live. A magnet goes on a fridge door and is still there a year later; a box of sweets is gone in three days and a trinket goes in a drawer. Personalised beats branded, because a guest keeps their own face, not your monogram.
What is a live fridge magnet stall?
A small counter set up at your venue with a camera, a printer and a press. Guests are photographed, the picture is printed and mounted onto a magnet in front of them, and they walk away holding it about ninety seconds later.
What are some fun activities for guests at a wedding?
Anything with a visible outcome beats anything that has to be organised. A live stall, a caricature artist or a staffed candy counter each give guests somewhere to walk to and something to take home, and nobody has to be talked into joining in.
Do you make acrylic magnets as well?
Yes. Alongside the glossy square magnet we make a clear acrylic panel printed with the same photograph. Both are made live at the counter — say which you would prefer on the enquiry and we will quote it.
Can a magnet stall replace the return gift?
That is what most couples book it for. Nothing has to be bought in advance, stored or handed out, nothing is left over, and every guest collects their own with your names and the date already on it.
How many magnets can you make in an hour?
Sixty to seventy per hour, per artist, once the queue has settled. The first fifteen minutes are slower while people work out what the stall is. A four-artist booking clears a 500-guest wedding comfortably in a three-hour slot.
Can we book more than one stall type?
Yes, and at larger weddings it works well — magnets handle volume while a caricature artist holds a crowd. Booking two together costs less than booking them as two separate events.
Can the souvenir carry our names or company logo?
That is the default. Weddings get the couple's names and the date; corporate bookings get the company logo on the souvenir, the backdrop and the stall signage. Send a vector logo file if you have one.
Not sure which stall suits your event?
Send us the guest count and the running time you have in mind. We will tell you which one covers it, and say so if a cheaper package is enough.
