Usually the Corporate package
Corporate bookings are the easiest events we quote, because the headcount is known in advance and the running time is fixed. The stall replaces the usual bulk gift — the hamper, the branded diary — with something an employee actually takes home and puts up. For family days it does more than that: it is the one thing at the event aimed at the children who came along, which is usually what decides whether people show up next year. Company branding goes on the souvenir and the stall, and a GST invoice is raised in the company name.

- Unclaimed souvenirs can be delivered to the office afterwards.

Questions we get asked
How much do you take to hold a date?
Fifty per cent confirms the date and the balance is due on the event day. One free reschedule is allowed up to seven days beforehand, subject to the new date being open.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, on request. Say so on the enquiry and give us the company name and GSTIN, and we will raise it so it clears procurement without a follow-up.
Can the souvenir carry our names or company logo?
That is the default. Weddings get the couple's names and the date; corporate bookings get the company logo on the souvenir, the backdrop and the stall signage. Send a vector logo file if you have one.
